Rotary club of jamshedour steel city did club meeting at LEMONTREE HOTEL CENTER POINT. It starts with welcoming of guest and member by Rtn Krishna kharia,followed by a speech on MY rotary app by Rtn Shivani Goel. Seceretary speech by Rtn Jitesh choudhary which included divyang project, globle grant , ICU set up at SSSSH. Guest speaker and rtn Dr Amlan Swain took this meeting to optimum level with his conversation and lecture about "THE LIFE STYLE CAR". Meeting adjourned with anniversary and upcoming birthday celebration of members.

Rotary Club of Jamshedpur Steel City hosted a special Teachers Day event at Hotel Centre Point, honoring the invaluable contributions of educators. The celebration saw the felicitation of 17 principals and award-winning teachers. ?A unique and charming presentation was organized and hosted by the Rotarylets, the youth wing of the club. Their efforts were lauded and supported by Rotarians who were present to guide and encourage them throughout the event. The occasion served as a platform to acknowledge and appreciate the dedication of teachers in shaping the future of society. ROTARY GOLF TOURNAMENT FELLOWSHIP

In a spirited display of community service and sportsmanship, the Jamshedpur Rotary Open Golf Tournament, held today with the theme "Swing for a Cause," was jointly organized by two Rotary clubs – Rotary Club of Jamshedpur West & Jamshedpur Steel City, to raise funds for the upgradation and sustenance of a local blind school – Divyajyoti Netraheen Santhan School. The tournament was played in the Stable Ford format over 18 holes at the Golmuri Golf Course. The event drew golfers, philanthropists, and community leaders for a day of competitive play and awareness-building. Both clubs jointly hosted the fellowship on succesful completion of golf tournament at BELDIH CLUB along with special students of DIVYAJYOTI NETRAHIN SCHOOL.

Chief Guest, Sri Arjun Munda, inaugurated the tournament, participating in a ceremonial cake cutting followed by a symbolic release of balloons to mark the opening. We had fun organizing The Green Quest Treasure Hunt along with Beldih Club team. Some teams had prepared their theme well, others solved their clues quickly....all in all, a fun sunday morning. A big shoutout to Director Amrita, PE Umang Jhunjhunwala, SE Vibhuti Adesara, Exec SE Raksha Makati, IPP Shivani Goel and Ptr Ravi Rungta for their solid support and teamwork to see this through. Vibhuti was the common connection between Rotary and Beldih teams. Thank you to the 2 teams from our Rotary Club for participating. They shared "Pearls of Wisdom" and valuable insights from their journey, offering inspiration to both seasoned members and newcomers alike.In a sign of the clubs continuing vitality, the evening also saw the formal induction of two new members: Rtn. Rachna Nair & Rtn. Renu Barbhaya. The celebrations commenced with a warm welcome address by President Rtn. Krishna Kharia. Following the formal proceedings, the atmosphere shifted to one of joy and camaraderie. TIRANGA ANTAKSARI

Rotary Club of Jamshedpur Steel City celebrated Independence Day through their flagship event Tiranga Antakshari - Azaadi ke rang, Suron ke sang on 12th August. In this event, all 10 Rotary Clubs of Jamshedpur and Chaibasa got together to pay tribute to the nation through the musical journey of legendary playback singers of India. The Chief Guests of the evening were the District Governor of Rotary District 3250 Rtn Namrata along with Col Manas Kundu, the CO of 220 Field Regiment stationed at Jamshedpur Army Camp. A powerful act by the Ex-Servicemen set the patriotic tone for the evening.As the evening progressed, 8 Rotary clubs performed their prepared acts paying a tribute to the legendary playback singer assigned to them. Acts were performed on songs of Mukesh, Kishore Kumar, Hemant Kumar, Lata Mangeshkar, Alka Yagnik etc. Judges, Mrs Sumita Nupur and Mrs Charanjeet Ohson ranked each act.

The 31st Installation Ceremony on 20th July 2025 marked the start of Rotary Year 2025?26 with Rtn. Krishna Kumar Kharia as President and Rtn. Jitesh Kumar Choudhary as Secretary. Chief Guest City SP Kumar Shivashish (IPS) and Guest of Honour Mr. Abhijit A. Nanoti (JCAPCPL MD) joined outgoing leaders Rtn. Shivani Goel and Rtn. Priyanka Singh to celebrate the transition. PDG Rtn Pratim Banerjee was the Installing Officer and Regional Director Rtn Sharat Chandra inducted the new members Shalu Khetan and Aanchal Kharia. PDG Rtn R Bharat, Rtn Dr Vijaya Bharat, AG Rtn Kusum Thakur & Rtn D N Jena along with other District & Zonal officers and Presidents and Secretaries of other Rotary Clubs also graced the occasion.
